They have a solid selection of instruments and a friendly staff. My first experience making a major purchase there in the form of a new Taylor acoustic was a good one and Ricky who assisted me was very helpful throughout the process. I've been going to the nearby GC exclusively the past several years but I'll definitely be back soon. Their acoustic selection seemed a little broader than the nearby GC.
I've been doing business with Sam Ash for over 40 years and I've always found their price and selection to be very competitive. I recently moved to south Florida and started doing business in their Margate store. The people who work there are knowledgeable, polite, and professional. In particular Barry who sold me my PA system, and most recently Carolyn & Alex who helped me with my Sax needs. They obviously have great pride in what they do and they really seem to understand "customer service". Bravo - keep up the good work!
