Went in the store inspired to play a soprano sax and had no idea what I was doing. I was greeted by Michael in the store (Dept Manager: Band & Orchestra) and his warm welcoming smile and no-pressure approach really made me feel welcome! He was ready to pretty much give a quick lesson on how to play a sax on the spot and put a soprano right in my hands to play (try) all by myself.
