10/10 Would Shop Here Again. I wondered in per chancing I may find glorious items of musical satiation but instead, and also, found two of the most wonder gentleman of utmost stature. Jamie, an odd name for a ser, and Ryan, a fellow who seemed confused as to his identity (a bassist or guitarist) were diligent in their work and most knowledgeable. Were I to wander into any other store, I would hope the work ethic would be as tasteful as what the employees at the Sam Ash have offered. Good day.

I saw an item in their ad for 50% off. Was thinking they will be sold out but sure enough they had the item I wanted and service was great. There must have been 5 different people welcome me to the store. Sam Ash is my favorite music store.
Amazing customer service. Unique gear. And unlike other places their goal isn't to just get you out the door. It's to get you in the gear you need. You won't find a more passionate crew of musicians at any store in Indy. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and most importantly they love music. Not the run of the mill music store by any means. I won't mention other companies by name but the Sam Ash experience if far superior to any of the other stores I've graced with my presence. Check em out. You won't be disappointed.
