RecommendedI've been buying and selling instruments, equipment, and sheet music at Sam Ash Indianapolis since the store took over Mars Music years ago. Their staff have always been friendly and helpful. Their selection is great for guitars, basses, percussion, PA and DJ gear, sheet music, and method books. If you're looking for orchestral or concert band instruments, there are better places in town. Their lighting equipment selection is lacking.

I've shopped here for roughly a decade and always had the best service! No pushy sales folk and they all will give you honest opinions on gear you're looking to purchase! They stay within your budget and will try and help you in whatever way they possibly can. It's been an absolute pleasure having Sam Ash in Indianapolis and they will continue to get the majority of my musical instrument/accessory purchases.
The salesman was very helpful when I bought a stand for my keyboard and a piano bench.
My Granddaughter is taking piano...and the people there have been great...she loves it!
