Totally messed up my order. I wanted an R8 and they tried sending me an 60’s Standard. Good thing I caught it. They need to train their employees better.

Treated horribly by store manager. Will never set foot in that store again, and have already forbidden my daughter from buying anything from Sam Ash again. Ended up making the same purchase at Guitar Center (for less).
Tried to purchase a keyboard today. Two employees were behind the desk, they told us where the keyboards were located. Neither ask if they could help us, or if we had questions. This kind of service makes it hard to support the local economy...
