Salesperson went high pressure, tried to suggest a product I said I wasn't interested in repeatedly, and disregarded what I mentioned as the type of product I wanted. When it comes to DJ equipment I am very disappointed with this facility at this time and I hope to see it improve in the future as there needs to be far more than mostly Numark and Pioneer gear.

I was at Sam Ash twice this week, once on Wednesday evening and again on Saturday morning. I was in the acoustic room for quite a while both times looking at ukuleles. No one spoke to me either time. On Saturday, I was there long enough to tune and play four different instruments. I finally became discouraged and left. There was an employee in the room counting a drawer who never spoke to me. I drove to Carmel and purchased my Uke there.
