I'm so happy with this Sam Ash store and the customer service I received while I was there. The staff is knowledgeable about what they are selling down to the musical influences tied to the instruments, which I found really helpful. I feel confident that any honest player starting out on guitar would feel comfortable showing up here and getting answers to questions they may feel too silly to ask. Nothing pretentious.
