I go to this store every so often and I have gotten various things from there a bass amp, guitar parts, various lesson books, guitar strings, cables and such. The staff has always been great. They have enough patience to deal with toddler child who nearly tears up the store every time I take him there. They have pretty much the same selection as guitar center and about the same prices but every once in a while they have better deals. I would totally recommend this place.

Just bought a very nice new classical Cordoba guitar from Brooklyn Sam Ash as well as some music books. Everyone was very kind, accommodating and helpful. I recommend shopping there. As the general energy was a bit subdued I left room for improvement in my store rating in terms of feeling treasured as a customer. But I've been shopping there since it opened back in the early-mid 90's and I will continue to do so as long as they are open!

Fast, professional and convenient! The gentleman that helped us took care of 3 people at the same time and we all were treated like family. Great store, service and results!
