Great customer service! They are very kind to me and my 8 year old when we've been there. Hope this place stays in business for that in-store experience. I've bought two Martin's, and a Gibson Humming bird from Sam Ash....having the freedom to play any guitar I want, made it easy to fall in love with the sound I could make with these guitars....Danny in repair's, has been a wealth of information on how to care for these guitars
Recently bought a pair of Vic Firth drum sticks and Evans drum pad at the Carle Place store. The gentleman in the drum dept was very helpful. Getting back into playing after not playing for a long time and missing it. Thinking of buying a small DW kit with Paiste cymbals and a Gibraltar rack, but don't have the finances for it now. Sam Ash is great!
