Excellent visit and help from the guy at the guitar counter. I do have to say that the service and attitude in that store has significantly improved. In the past you would walk around and NO ONE helped. Today, the opposite effect is taking place and it’s a pleasure to shop there..
Carle Place Store is a gem. Has everything you would want and a great selection. The staff is super helpful. My experience with Kevin in repair was great. He is very professional and knows his craft.
Great Staff and experience!! Enjoyed my excellent experience at Sam Ash! I filled out an online questionnaire, because I was selling some amplifier equipment. Nick, who was helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable, called me back and explained everything to me, and gave me a price right over the phone.
