had a nice experience in the so. huntington store - staff (Louis) was helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. was given sufficient time to evaluate everything I wanted to try without being pushy or overbearing. Manager also offered input which was useful and educational in making my selection. other customers appeared smiling and happy so another good sign.

I've been a satisfied customer for years. Receiving good advice and excllent service. I have several instruments, Tenor & Alto Saxophones and an electric bsss guitar that the have been repaired there. Great job / reasonable price.
On a couple of recent visits, it's taken kind of a long time for salespeople to get something out of stock (in the store's basement?), but after all, these folks are only human. Other than that, I'm a happy customer and happy to shop at a local (well...regional) business. (And who can resist the warm and fuzzy feeling of being around all those guitars!)
