I was met by two people right near the door. One was charged with helping me find wireless guitar systems. I think he is new and had a little trouble - but he asked for, and received help. Not only was I shown a system on display, but one worker (did not get his name) went downstairs to check other inventory for me.
Sales staff was fantastic!
