RecommendedAbout a month ago, I carried my intellectually challenged friend to purchase a keyboard, stand and stool that he wanted so badly. We had no idea what we were looking for. The sales associate was amazingly patient with us. As it turned out, it was more than my friend could handle. I called Sam Ash and they said I could return for a refund. I did this yesterday and the return went well. I can't say enough about the customer service from the beginning to the end. Thank you Sam Ashe.

We have made two significant purchases from Sam Ash in Raleigh. The first was a piano for our son back in 2022. He is eleven and has a huge passion for music, starting with the piano. This year for Christmas we purchased a drum set from Sam Ash as well. While visiting family in Raleigh I stopped by both Guitar Center as well as Sam Ash Music. The short time in Guitar Center reminded me why (cluttered/distressed sales floor as well as employees who could care less) I keep going back to Sam Ash...in person and online. Went to a different music store yesterday…. When we asked for help, we were told ”I’m too busy” we ended up leaving and going to Sam Ash. When we stepped foot in the door, we had help. The agent Sam provided all the help he could to us based on his honest knowledge about the instruments. Our pastor is a former professional musician so he was very familiar with things also. We ended up buying more stuff because we saw the need for it. I can’t wait to here it all sunday morning.
After a horrible experience with the school recommended music company, I reached out to Sam Ashe and began speaking with Taylor about renting or purchasing a saxophone for my rising 6th grader. I went to the store looking for a PA. Got tired of google showing 100 at a time without being able to listen to them. Then on another hand. I was looking to pick up a few things from someone with more experience than I when it comes to certain equipment. It was awesome. My wife and had a ball.
