I was disappointed in what they offer for Clarinet - accessories of Jean Baptiste, which are to me total junk…… they had a couple of Woodwind Mouthpieces but not remotely a decent selection, and the Sheet Music for winds was abysmal. I purchased a beautiful Koa wood Ukulele from the Raleigh Sam Ash on Capital Blvd. the staff there is incredibly nice & professional!! They were so helpful and knowledgeable. I’m so happy with my purchase & can’t wait to start lessons that I ordered. I highly recommend this store. I also took my first Ukulele class with Gene. It was excellent!!
I recently visited Sam Ash on New Year's Eve and was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received. Despite being short-staffed, the team went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The drums specialist, who wasn't even an audio expert, took the time to help me find the perfect mic stand and attachment to fit my mic. Love it here. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and professional . Caleb was awesome and helped me with a vintage Casio that I bought. The team also helped me with my gear that I sold. I got fair value for my instruments and couldn’t be happier. They have a great selection of premium instruments and the store is super clean. Will be coming here for all my music needs moving forward.
Purchased a Fender Rumble 100 bass amp from Sam Ash and am very happy with my purchase . Tony was very helpful and patient with my questions .
