Good, professional people working there. There is always someone there committed to helping you out and they will do everything they can to make sure you have the best experience you could possibly have. Great employees, tremendous management, you won't find a music store in the state of Pennsylvania more dedicated to their visitors and that's a fact. 11/10 would recommend.
I play at Sam Ash's Wednesday night open jam almost every week. They are the best. So much more than a music store.
