Trying to do good business in a on-line era it's nice to have a store where you can walk in and touch the gear, and hear it.
They have friendly and knowledgeable staff. The best selection of beautiful guitars & drums I've ever seen. The best keyboards for the best prices and they couldn't possibly find a better, more down to earth or more versatile talent than Gary the Manager.

I was in need of a new amplifier. I brought in a couple of amplifiers to trade in and Keith helped me heave them into the store. I walked out with a new amplifier feeling good about the whole transaction. They treated me well; it was an excellent experience
Good, professional people working there. There is always someone there committed to helping you out and they will do everything they can to make sure you have the best experience you could possibly have. Great employees, tremendous management, you won't find a music store in the state of Pennsylvania more dedicated to their visitors and that's a fact. 11/10 would recommend.
