My husband and I visited the Sam Ash Dallas location, and had a horrible experience from the time we walked in the door. We were in a hurry trying to get headphones, and we waited for over 20 minutes at the counter without anyone coming to help us. Finally, I had to go and find a guy that was just walking in circles in the front playing the drums on his stomach. Customer service would not give me any details of my order. I had to wait for my “seller” to come back from his days off. I was told from my seller I would receive tracking info within 2 days. It took 7. I asked for shipment to be different from my home address because of recent delivery theft in my neighborhood. Items were still shipped to my home address. Do NOT give @samashmusic any of your money. I bought a Hartke bass cabinet from them and was told that it was on back order. I kept checking on the order and they kept telling me to be patient, Covid was delaying shipments. Six months later, they canceled the order and will not honor the price that I originally paid. I did not find out that the order was cancelled until I called them today. They want me to give them $150 more for one they now have in stock.

They might know guitars and amps (I’m assuming) but they’re totally clueless when it comes to anything orchestra related. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Went in to trade some pedals to purchase a new pedal yesterday. I get in and the guy at the check in desk says he will assist me with the trade in process and purchase. As expected it takes time for them to assess a price for the items I brought in and get manager approval.
