I just completed my third closing/refi with Sam. He has saved us so much money and always been reliable, available, and efficient. Not to mention he and his team take the time to make sure I understand everything, even when it takes me a while! Plus I looove the new software used for submitting documents during the closing process. Makes things 10x easier than they used to be. Thank you Sam!

Let me begin with saying that it took me a bit to trust in Sam and now that I worked with him, I will say that I do trust in his work and getting it done. Sam was able to get past the red tape and do the work of what others said they can do. I will work with Sam again and highly recommend him. Sam did an excellent job from start to finish. He returned my phone calls right way and he always took the time to answer any questions that I had regarding my loan. I felt very comfortable throughout the loan process. I would highly recommend using Sam if you are thinking about buying a home. He is the absolutely the best.

Sam Sharp was my loan officer for the purchase of my new home. He and his team at Guaranteed rate were very professional throughout the entire process and explained all the paperwork clearly and thoroughly in terms we could understand. Sam and his team were great! Not as much back and forth as I've experienced in the past, even with a tight deadline. He got me an excellent rate and made the process fairly seamless. Highly recommended! Will definitely be using Sam again!

Sam and his team are extremely responsive, efficient and professional, and made the loan application process easy. We were approved within a couple weeks, and our realtor commented at closing that he had never seen a loan process go more quickly and smoothly than ours. Would definitely recommend Sam.

Had a great experience working with Sam and his team. Everyone I was in contact with at Guaranteed Rate were very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and easy to work with.
