I just completed my third closing/refi with Sam. He has saved us so much money and always been reliable, available, and efficient. Not to mention he and his team take the time to make sure I understand everything, even when it takes me a while! Let me begin with saying that it took me a bit to trust in Sam and now that I worked with him, I will say that I do trust in his work and getting it done. Sam did an excellent job from start to finish. He returned my phone calls right way and he always took the time to answer any questions that I had regarding my loan.
