I have worked with Sam Sharp and his team twice now, first with refinancing our home, and then with the purchase of an investment property. He made everything so easy. Sam was a life saver for me! Being newly divorced, most lenders wanted to see 6 months of maintenance payments before approving me for a mortgage loan. Sam Sharp, Jason Hasner, Tom Krakau, and Chris Lundeen are the best in the business!!! I've used them multiple times... They are truly 2nd to NONE. Masters of their Craft! They go the job done swiftly and efficiently, WITH NO HASSLES. They kept it all quick and easy.When it comes to mortgages, there truly is no one else to use but them and Guaranteed Rate. In fact, using anyone else would be foolish on your part.

Sam and his team have been fantastic for us. We refinanced our primary home twice, and purchased our investment property through Sam's services over the course of the last 4 years. The process is easy, effective and secure over their all-digital portal. I have done all our prep work from our iPad, and was able to review and sign documents on-the-go. The personal touch is always a nice bonus, too. I would use Sam's great services for my next refi or purchase, or recommend him to my friends.

I came upon a deal that would require a very quick close- Sam sized it up and said no problem! The deal ultimately went through and I can confidently state that without the speed and efficiency of Guaranteed Rate and the Sam Sharp team, I would not have gotten it done in time.
