Sam was great! He helped us close on our house without any issues and answered any and all questions I had... which were a lot... He walked us through the entire process from finish to close and now we are moving in to our dream home! If we ever decide to move out of this place, we'll be contacting him again!

Working with Sam was great! He was able to get us closed in record time which was nothing short of a miracle considering that we are self-employed and I honestly never thought we would be able to get a mortgage. He was able to refinance our other home as well and was always very patient and answering all of my annoying questions. Very professional, thorough, and amazing follow through on everything. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to family friends and strangers.

Sam Sharp and his team do an amazing job coordinating and navigating through the mortgage process with you. They make a tedious situation very simple and painless. They were on top of everything and timely with each step even when my husband and I were not. This is our third mortgage with this group and we couldn't recommend them more!

I have used Sam for 3 refinances and now a home purchase. Over the past 10 years, he has made it very clear I need not look elsewhere:-Lower Fixed costs. I don't pay BS office costs.-Lower rate. I need not haggle with him about rates because he's always beat any other rates for other brokers.-Communication! This is key.
