Sam Sharp and his team at Guaranteed Rate are amazing! As nervous first-time home buyers, we asked a ton of questions and constantly interacted with Sam. Sam was always responsive. He was proactive in tracking the interest rate environment and helped us lock in a rate before mortgage rates increased. He provided pre-approval letters within the same day each time we thought we might make an offer on a house. I think having the pre-approval letter really ensured that we won the bid on the house that we loved.

Sam and his team did an amazing job!! We had a very tight window to get approved on a quick close and it went smoother than I could have ever expected. He was extremely responsive to all questions and very helpful in navigating the lending process. Title company and lawyer said the closing was one of the quickest they have ever seen because Sam and his team had all of the documents in order. He was a life saver!

Sam and his team are amazing! I know of Sam from previous referrals so I used him for my own home purchase. It was nothing but smooth sailing all the way. They communicate promptly and explain everything carefully to you. They are always competitive with the rates but the customer service that Sam and his team provides is unmatched. I will continue to refer him because I have complete faith they are always at the top of their game.

I recently closed a loan with Sam and the experience was excellent. I used to be in the business a few years ago and that makes me a very "tough" customer and it scared me that I wouldn't find someone I could trust or do as good a job as I would. Sam was able to deal with me and showed me that he was in control of my loan through the entire process.
