Sam was the lender of the buyer of my property. However, due to the complexity of the loan, I had to interact with him throughout the approval process. I must say that I never came across any lender who would go so far to help his/her client and I have dealt with lots of lender in my life. Sam was extremely knowledgeable. His communication was very timely. I would strongly recommend him for anyone who wants to have a trustworthy and efficient lender.

We had our home mortgage with a major lender for several years (note: my father-in-law works for them). We were trying to get rid of our PMI, and found it was very difficult and there were a lot of hoops to jump through and a lot of money to spend to get rid of it. Sam is a true professional and the only lender we will use moving forward. He represented us on a single family home purchase this year and made the process very easy for us. He is easy to reach and a good communicator. In addition to this last purchase, Sam helped us a few years ago by getting our building FHA approved so that our buyers could close more quickly. He has been great for us on both sides of the deal.

Sam and his team not only got me a great rate based on the current average, he got the building I was trying to buy in VA approved in 3 weeks(Which is crazy) so I saved over 300 a month in PMI. I highly recommend him!!!
