Sam was the lender of the buyer of my property. However, due to the complexity of the loan, I had to interact with him throughout the approval process. I must say that I never came across any lender who would go so far to help his/her client and I have dealt with lots of lender in my life. Sam was extremely knowledgeable. His communication was very timely. I would strongly recommend him for anyone who wants to have a trustworthy and efficient lender.

I came to know Sam when we were trying to purchase a Condo for our daughter in Chicago through our Realtor. What can I say about Sam? He is the best in the field. We had our home mortgage with a major lender for several years (note: my father-in-law works for them). We were trying to get rid of our PMI, and found it was very difficult and there were a lot of hoops to jump through and a lot of money to spend to get rid of it. Sam and his team not only got me a great rate based on the current average, he got the building I was trying to buy in VA approved in 3 weeks(Which is crazy) so I saved over 300 a month in PMI. I highly recommend him!!!
