Sam was always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had during the loan application process. While some of the requests by the mortgage company appeared trivial or unnecessarily time-consuming, Sam always did his best to make those requests as easy as possible to fulfill. Highly recommend him.

Sam was a life saver! We are so glad that we met him when we lived in Chicago. We ended up having the house deal in Chicago fall through and a couple of years later we moved back to Boston.
