I first met Sam back in 2007 through a mutual friend while purchasing my first condo. Six years later... our family started growing and it was time to look for a bigger home. I knew Sam was the right person to call. Sam's knowledge and quick response to my needs was spot on! Sam was always looking out for my best interest. Not only did we buy a new home but Sam helped us refinanced our condo. Buying a house is a BIG decision! Choosing a lender shouldn't be.

We have refinanced with Sam twice. Both experiences were amazing. The professionalism of Sam's team is incredible! Also, Sam is a straight-shooter. He tells you what he can and cannot do without beating around the bush. He has always beat any offer we brought to him from other banks. The last time we closed in less than a month! I highly recommend Sam Sharp!!

Sam and his whole team are very efficient, friendly, helpful and responsive. I've used him for several refis and a new home purchase. The whole process was made as painless as possible, and actually rather enjoyable. I've recommended him to my friends and family and several have used him, to the same glowing reviews. You'd be crazy not to at least give him a shot.

Sam was great to deal with. Always got back to you within 24 hours, usually within a couple. Ultimate transaction was simple which is all you can ask for something as complex as a mortgage. I would definitely use Sam again.

Sam was incredibly responsive and helpful the entire way through the process. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have been referred to him. If there was anything he could have done better, I don't know what it would be.

He was able to help us easily when others could not. We tried with two other lenders and they both gave us a negative response. Sam was fast and was able to verify all our information and give us a confirmation on the loan within weeks. The online progress report made it easy to know in which step of the process the loan was. Very responsive to phone calls and emails.

Sam Sharp and his team were very professional and put together a smooth and professional financing process for the home I was purchasing. I've been involved with the purchase of several residential properties. The Guaranteed Rate folks were the best! I would heartily recommend Guaranteed Rate as your first choice as a mortgage banker, especially if it is your first time in the purchase process
