The rep helped me greatly, I had a issue with my credit card and me worked through it .The only problem I had was the item I ordered showed available in the online order system and was not in stock . however I was notified and able to reorder however it will be 6 weeks before its in stock.
Wonderful experience. Adam went out of his way to help us find a Tama drum set that was very difficult to find. He made several inquiries and always kept us in the loop of what was happening.
