The rep helped me greatly, I had a issue with my credit card and me worked through it .The only problem I had was the item I ordered showed available in the online order system and was not in stock . however I was notified and able to reorder however it will be 6 weeks before its in stock.
Wonderful experience. Adam went out of his way to help us find a Tama drum set that was very difficult to find. He made several inquiries and always kept us in the loop of what was happening. He found what we were looking for and had it sent to us within days. He was always there to answer all questions. Will absolutely purchase from Sam Ash again in the future.
