Customer service and care is outstanding. I expressed a few concerns and questions which were answered with great attention to detail. I reached out for a guitar that I saw online and they took it upon themselves to get me a brand new one from the warehouse. So so amazing. The manager Cameron and the associate - also named Cameron - are both incredible!! You can be proud to have them on your team.

I had a great experience in purchasing a PRS guitar at Sam Ash earlier this year, so when I wanted a Sennheiser (EW100 G4-ME3) wireless mic/headset system -I came back! It arrived early, complete and ready to go. It works & sounds fantastic! It permits me to check on my sheet music while playing without being concerned that my voice volume is fading as I turn away slightly from my mic. (for me an unavoidable, bad habit). It’s all I hoped for and improves my weekly hour long livestream show! Great service throughout! Thanks.
