This was my first experience with SamAsh. Vito G. provided excellent service! He went out of his way to help me find a specific guitar, even when the site stated it a as out of stock. When I thought the shipment was lost he offered a prompt refund no questions asked.Thankfully the guitar was finally delivered and was perfect. I will buy from this company again.
