The rep was very helpful and it was a fast process placing my order over the phone. I think most of all I was pleased that you had the guitar I was looking for (Fender Powercaster in white opal finish). The only problem was my experience was tarnished by FedEx mishandling my shipment. That is no comment on SamAsh, but I feel you should know your shipper of choice was terrible on this one.
I came in looking for a “Cloud lifter”, and was promptly attended to.
