STAFF WAS VERY POLITE AND TRIED TO HELP ME WHILE HELPING OTHER CUSTOMERS TOO, I HAVE BEEN PURCHASING GUITARS, AMPS, ACCESSORIES AT SAM ASH SINCE 1964 (UTICA AVE BROOKLYN STORE) AS WELL AS HAD REPAIRS DONE TOO . I DO REALIZE THIS PANDEMIC HAS TAKEN A TOLL AND I WOULD NOT HAVE COMPLAINED BUT YOU ASKED.
