Assuming that this actually gets posted for people to read, here's one opinion: The buying experience was fine, no different than any other online store such as Guitar Center or Musician's friend; however they're are slow responding to emails or answering questions. As for the purchased item(s), the difference is that those other stores sell items new from their warehouses unlike Sam which seems to sell items from their stores.
