The customer service in guitars was very attentive. She realized my transaction would be very quick so while she was dealing with another customer who had a difficult timely transaction she decided to quickly process my transaction so I didn't have an extensive wait time.
It took a bit of time to reach a sales person, but he was very knowledgeable right off about the guitar I wanted (Michael Kelly hybrid special - left handed). Very helpful and efficient. Also, thanks to Sam Ash for stocking left handed models. I had visions of this being a special order taking month.
