Great experience. (I ordered online and pick up at the 34th street store in NYC). I almost lost it at the store with all the things I wanted to try. Great variety, extreme willingness to assist and recommend. They were going beyond my expectations showing me stuff, letting me k ow they would order it for me if needed, advising me what would be the best option for me, and how to get the most out of it with out having to break the bank. I had questions about electric drums that were answered for me. So, I bought a set. Great service.. good prices
Website is flaky. One of the few sites I've seen in ages where Safari's password manager isn't able to autofill my password. Credit card autofill had problems too. The site promised free "2-day shipping on most orders!", but I only got ground shipping with a 1-week delivery time. Maybe guitars are one of the exceptions?
