Although the manager at one store was very helpful when I went back the next day to Make purchase he wasn’t working and the sales person that I talked with was unable to locate the guitar had picked...called the next closest Sam ash store & the manager talked & listened to my situation & was able to help us out. I am the father of an 11 year old that has been seriously playing since he was 8. Guitars & playing is a passion he has that I do my best to facilitate.
