Every product I've received from Sam Ash has been great. 3 guitars, 2 cases and a pedal. To name a few. If I could locate a case for the really nice Lee Malia RD I received. That would just top it all off.
Delivery was very fast. The item and all of the parts came loose inside the shipping box and the original packaging for the item was destroyed. Fortunately, the item itself did not appear to be damaged.
I phoned the Sarasota location looking for a particular product. I was so pleased with the assistance from Blair. Blair went the extra mile, located the product I needed, got my payment information and the next day by 10:30 AM, the product was delivered to my residence. Thank you Blair and Sam Ash for a customer pleasing experience. This grandmother will call for help again. Blair, you rock!
