I was able to get my recording gear with one easy phone call. I was helped by a very friendly salesperson named Victor and I am so glad that I found this place. All of the other stores that I attempted to get my faderport from, did not have it. I think I will get all of my music equipment from this store from now on.

All was fine until using the 12 months same as cash option. When you do those, anything you add has to be rung up / paid for separately which I thought was rather strange. So I then attempted to make the additional purchase of a warranty in a separate transaction. Not sure why that has to happen as the main order was only placed 10 minutes prior. Other than that, smooth experience overall
