This was my first experience so I can truthfully say this exceeded my expectations(1). Good on line process and prompt shipping. (1) I have always hesitated to use that phrase with any "regular" provider, even though their feedback form asks for it. Once you become a regular customer, you expect the same service as before, so how can still another time exceed again?
