Sam Ash is outstanding and has been so for the past half century I’ve used them for musical equipment needs. Ordered a bass and amp for my grandson in the midst of holiday rush. It came by mail two days later. Very reasonable price and wonderfully helpful salesman… named Andy. Professionals all.

The staff member who worked with me valued my time and called me back in 20 minutes so he could verify some information. Sadly I don't have his name, but he is a good sales person.
Though this was a sad thing to see Sam Ash liquidating all inventory, it was a great opportunity to pick up a great acoustic guitar. The guitar I ordered was delivered as they said, it was the guitar I ordered, it came in the box and in factory condition.
