We had a great experience! We're a 100% donation funded non-profit and we were able to get the items we needed from Sam Ash at a really great price saving us a significant amount of money! Great online experience. Sam Ash was the only retailer to have the item I wanted - a Hotone Ampero. I was also given a discount by customer service at checkout! A great experience. They also have a great return policy and since I have a local Sam Ash, I can return the item there if there are any issues. Thanks!

I knew going in it wasnt going to be top notch because of how affordable it was. Came with a pretty good feeling guitar but faulty amp and cords that cut in and out constantly.

I have purchased several guitars from Sam Ash and have always had a great experience. Although there are other music stores closer to me, I make the trip to Sam Ash (2 hours away). Great products and knowledgeable friendly staff.

I am extremely satisfied with my recent experience ordering a Selmer Paris AXOS alto saxophone for my grandson online through Sam Ash. The item was a special order item available only through Sam Ash's 1-800 number. I was immediately connected to Sam Ash Sales Associate, Vito Genna, who was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful but above all personable. Sam Ash is definitely a tribute to the music business. The price on the Roland Micro Cube GX Amplifier brand new was less than half the price of all the other music stores, including ebay gear listed which is where I purchased the item from Sam Ash. I ordered a Yahama clarinet for my daughter. Sam Ash had an excellent selection and very good prices. I found another website price lower than the one listed on their website and they beat it quickly. My clarinet order was processed and mailed right away and I received it just a couple of days later. As my daughter said, "It's beautiful". She couldn't wait to assemble it and was playing it just a few minutes later. Great selection, great prices, and great service. I highly recommend Sam Ash.
