I just bought a used drum set online from the Sam Ash in Brooklyn. Tevin, the manager, was awesome and so was his entire staff. I got a very good deal, great customer service, and the drums arrived in Chicago quickly. They came to Chicago very carefully wrapped and packaged, and were exactly in the condition listed online. I give Tevin and his crew 1 million out of 5 stars.
I highly recommended Sam Ash music store in Virginia. I bought a used Epiphone Broadway on line and it's in excellent condition. Even though it was listed in good condition it was above my expectations. Thanks to all involved may God bless !!!

I brought in a used guitar that I had bought, to have it restrung and thoroughly gone over, the guitar tech made fretboard and nut adjustments and made the action cleaner and faster and conditioned the entire thing. everyone I dealt with that was staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
