Steve from Florida gave me a call; just checking in to see if he could help me purchase anything. He has been my Customer Representative and I like ordering products from him. I said, "Glad you called; I need some guitar strings. But I'm sorry, this will be a small order because I only need a few sets at this time." He replied, "There are no small orders." Then he processed my order. As usual, he provided excellent service.
Although it took a little long then expedited (I assume due to the Covid-19 crisis) Sam Ash did a great job!
