The snare drum I ordered was out of stock and would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. I called the service desk to change to order which they did without any problems. The service department person was nice and helpful.
I purchased a guitar over the phone from the Madison TN store. Logan helped me with my purchase, including taking care of the requests I had for setting up the guitar. I received the guitar in two with a beautiful setup. Very pleased with the experience.
