It was a quick response to a question that helped me move forward in purchasing a new martin D10 E and was offered an additional 10 % off the already reduced price that sealed the deal . At the time I was in the middle of something , he left his number and extension so I could get back to him . later on he returned my call and I was able to order a new guitar . The ordering was good but it seems like the "2 day shipping" is not working at all!! A solid week from ship date is not even close to 2 days!!!
