I went online found what I wanted and called Evan , who I had chatted with the day before. We verified what I wanted and with a glitch by my bank looking out for me, the sale was made. My new guitar is on it's way!

Didn't initially have the item, but quickly obtained it and shipped faster than I expected.
Things did not go that smooth, I had a hard time finding what I needed and weather it was in store for pick up or it had to be delivered. The pass word reset was taking forever.
I've been doing business with Sam Ash for over forty years when they were one store in Hempstead NY. I have never had a bad experience in any way and that still holds true to this day. My recent purchase was ordered two days ago and will arrive today, you can't ask for more than that! And when you need help, their reps are always courteous and professional. Thank you Sam Ash.
