I have to say that the 3 or 4 people that I have spoken to at the stores and/ or their online center have been great! They are knowledgeable and the best part is that they are very pleasant to do business with!! I have been dealing with GC for many years and their sales approach has gone in the wrong direction!! Very good phone customer service.
I like Sam Ash. Big business but still small enough to be considered mom and pop shop. Had an issue where I bought a guitar online during the covid-19 pandemic. It had a problem with the tremolo system and Sam Ash was incredible in assisting me with my exchange. They also have a brick and mortar store close to my house that I visit often. They have no problem with me spending an afternoon there trying different guitars and amps out. Great company and they will always get my business. Competitive pricing as well.
