I actually ordered a guitar online that I had checked out in person at Sam Ash's Orlando store a few months ago. I love their "acoustic room" and the isolation it offers you to really hear the instrument you're trying out! Ordering was easy (I ordered the case as well, which appeared first since it shipped from a closer warehouse than the guitar), and the guitar arrived even earlier than originally expected, packed lovingly and in great shape. No complaints here!
