When I called, Milton (?) I hope I have that right - answered some very basic questions regarding a guitar purchase via the internet- the last time I bought a guitar was 1991. When I made the decision to buy I had a couple of more specific questions about the exact guitar I had picked and they were answered very promptly via Ebay message. The guitar arrived today, it looks beautiful and sounds great. I'm a very happy owner of an American Fender Stratocaster!
