I had to open a chat box for online help. Steve saw my frustration and immediately phoned me , took the order and resolved the online issue as best he could. The JBL speakers are schedule to arrive within the next few days, thanks to Steve’s great customer service.

Had nothing but positive experiences with Sam Ash. You did not have a product, so I got it from somewhere else. Customer service was no where near what Sam Ash does.

The search online was friendly and easy. I ordered the item and I thought I was getting it in a couple of day since the delivery method was ground and received it the next day. It’s built and better than the picture, we are very happy with it. The whole process was smooth. Very satisfied!!
