Good selection, and proce seemed reasonable. Web page was fairly easy to meauver. Search engine could be made a little bit better, though. Wanted to see different strings for acoustic only, and that search gave me a whole bunch of studd I didn't want to see. Overall, good experience, though.

Sales associate was helpful. Made the purchase and never received any notifications or confirmation about the order. Sent a email after two days asking if the order was processed or what the status was. Customer service lines were busy signal. Order not showing up on the web site. Finally got a receipt a few hours later. No confirmation from Sam Ash that item had shipped.
