The person helping me (Steve out of NY) went above and beyond in terms of the time he spent talking to me about which electric bass was the right one for my objectives. He was impressively knowledgeable and informative and he made me feel like it was the days of old when customers matter (I've heard that those times existed). He also helped me place my order and get it shipped out to me immediately. I'm expecting the shipment today or tomorrow (rubbing my hands together).
