I was able to get immediate online chat assistance with someone helped me get the product I wanted on the time frame I needed with suggestions on how to do it cost effectively. I will absolutely use Sam Ash for my AV needs in the future. I normally shop in the physical store in Raleigh, NC (closed during COVID-19) but I was able to get the advice I needed and the product delivered to my door.
